Behind the glass doors on Level 2 of The Bristol, Midtown comes alive after dark. Inspired by the energy of New York and the effortless charm of Sydney, this is where good drinks, great tunes, and even better company come together.
Our cocktail bar is made for moments that linger. The lights are low, the music’s up, and the vibe is always just right. Think late-night cocktails, spontaneous dancing, and a crowd that knows how to have a good time.
With DJs spinning feel good disco and classics every weekend, the ambience transforms from a refined cocktail setting to a lively bar as the night unfolds. Whether you’re winding down from the work week or settling in for something a little louder, Midtown is the perfect blend of fun and sophistication.

Designed by renowned mixologist Tom Opie, our menu features an eclectic mix of modern takes on retro classics.
At The Bristol, we strive to deliver excellence, starting with our atmosphere, thus we ask all guests to abide by our smart casual dress code.

– Thongs/Slip Ons/Runners
– Shorts/Sweatpants
– Singlets/Hoodies or any clothing with offensive designs
– Hats/Beanies
– Dirty, untidy or ripped clothing
– Sport or work wear, including hi-visibility clothing and work boots
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any patron they deem is not suitably dressed for the venue.
